1 TERMS OF SERVICE
This statement of rights and responsibilities “Terms of Service” governing our relationship with users, customers, advertising individuals and others that interact with www.dazzletea.com and/or “Dazzle Tea”. By using or accessing the Dazzle Tea online store and website with products and services associated, you agree to this statement as well as terms and conditions herein.

We take copyright Infringement very seriously. If you suspect any such matters, please contact support@dazzletea.com and we will conduct a thorough investigation and remove any such documents or files.
1.3 COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
All files and photos displayed or presented through Dazzle Tea are protected through the copyright laws and are deemed intellectual property owned by Dazzle Tea and third party content suppliers. All text, audio, visual, graphics content and code are owned by Dazzle Tea and are NOT to be printed, copied reproduced, published, transmitted, or distributed without owner permission. Graphics and files allocated to marketing made available by the Dazzle Tea are permissible for personal, non-commercial use.
1.4 LINKS AND THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
Dazzle Tea works with third party advertising containing further links appropriate to the specials advertised and promotional marketing content. Dazzle Tea relinquishes the liability with relation to third party links and the content of such sites which you access at your own risk.
1.5 ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Dazzle Tea reserves the right to withhold any placed order under financial suspicion and incorrectly IT priced items, continual repeat orders suspected of error, and suspected buyers in relation to distribution, resellers, and dealers. In such matters, Dazzle Tea commits to notifying the buyer of such issue present in hopes to rectify matters. However, if this fails, the order will be canceled and the account may be dissolved.
Payments are made with an Affiliated Service Provider; accepting Visa, Mastercard and/or American Express. If your card is suspected of fraud, your order will be held until further proof is provided.
1.6 CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Dazzle Tea relinquishes all rights and responsibilities if any personal information such as emails have been compromised; inconsequently obtaining unauthorized purchases. You, as a customer, are responsible for maintaining and securing your account passwords. Dazzle Tea provides an email forgot password notification to provide security in place of obtaining a new password.
1.7 PRODUCT PRICING
All product prices are subject to availability and price adjustments without notice. We reserve the right to change product discounts and impose quantity limits on any order. All products and services sold are for personal and gifted use; therefore refraining from reselling products.
1.8 RETURN POLICY
Dazzle Tea commits to the orders placed being in good condition, therefore all sales are final. However, if damage to your product during shipping is attained, please contact us at Support@dazzletea.com within a 72 hours of receiving your shipment and we will do our best to help. We are unable to return and refund if orders have been already processed and shipped.
1.9 SHIPPING AND APPLICABLE CHARGES
Dazzle Tea is limited to shipping within Canada. At the time of your purchase, your shipping price will be listed and varied depending on location. You may incur federal and provincial taxes according to the products purchased. Dazzle Tea commits to shipping your order within a 7-14 day period, however, we aim to ship all orders for in stock items within 3 business days. Dazzle Tea assures to offer you FREE shipping on orders over $60.00.
1.10 LIABILITY WAVIER
In consideration of Dazzle Tea agreeing to provide me with products and services as specified in 1.1, I agree not to hold Dazzle Tea liable, their employees, partners, directors, associates, suppliers or service providers for any damage, including without limitation, personal or bodily injury of any kind, allergic reaction or illness that I may claim or demand as a result of either directly or indirectly making use of any product or service. I thereby waive any rights I may have to acquire or make any claim against Dazzle Tea, I expressly release Dazzle Tea from any third party liability due to or arising out of a breach in these terms of service.
1.11 DISCLAIMER
Dazzle Tea takes pride in the products and services offered to individuals, participating in promotional events; therefore the website may not be fully up to date with specials offered. We reserve the right to alter prices for events and special party sales allowing sales to occur without reliance of the website prices.

We do what we can to keep this site safe for you, however, we cannot guarantee it. Unfortunately, no security procedure is 100% effective. The “Affiliated Service Providers” are required to uphold the same privacy standards as we have, and therefore we expect your information will be handled with the same level of respect and care that we employ.

Dazzle Tea may share the collected information where required by law. Furthermore, where government demand meets legal requirements we are required to share information.
iii. Statistical Analysis:
No personal information will be shared. However, statistical information with third party advertising or marketing purposes may be shared. (Google)

Should you wish to examine the information collected, upon verification we will co-abide with your right to do so. Administrative fees may apply to requests.

3 AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed by the laws applicable to the Province of Alberta. No other verbal or written agreements are applicable relating to matters of the above other than the Amendments in 4. Dazzle Tea commits to communicating through email or written notice when a change to the policies above is deemed legal through Amendments in 4.

4 AMENDMENTS

This Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between parties. We hold the right to update as needed and deemed official through our section 4. “Amendments”
